Irani chai was always my fav savior, but never found a good place to hangout and enjoy CHAI...oh...at last..found a wonderful ADDA to sip my ever favourite IRANI CHAI.

Surprisingly and Unknowingly my favorite list has doubled up after visiting this place. coz` the food and drinks here are jus awesome.

Actually i have turned up to like the health Teas...like green tea, white tea...etc..

They have more than 50 varities of Teas which can be sipped in with a BAR ambiance.  The concept of CHAI BAR is so catchy that i would love to visit this place atleast 4 times a week with my friends.

The continental food here is very tasty and indeed hygienic.

I looove this place.. got impressed with the interiors.

Must visit place for the hyderabadi fans..Like the name HYDERABADI CHAI ADDA.

I visited this place today. This place is located in Aiyappa society. It had a big signboard outside so you will miss it.

    I tried the following:
Paneer roll: It is a roll made out with onions, capsicum, carrot and cabbage. It was nice in taste. The size was small.

Grilled veg sandwitch: The bread was nice and soft. The sandwitch was made with tomato, cucumber and onion. It was okish.

Mercy tea- not: It is a oolong tea. It was served in a small tea cup. It was light and refreshing. It was served in a light kettle. Nice tea.

Service was quick. Ambience is nice.

    Nice quotes on the walls.

    Overall experience was nice. 😊

Rated   I had a chance to host my buddies from JNTU who are friends for 3 decades now, for a mini get-together at my home @ Indu Fortune. We chatted through the night enjoying home made delicacy and pre-ordered Biryani (life is so easy now in HYD, where you can get anything delivered and served home with a single click) and masala curries via Food Panda. All the discussions in Hyderabad always ends with a chai. Praveen who came to town from NY, wanted a Irani Chai.
Late in the night, I drove them to newly opened Hyderabad Chai Adda, a haven for tea lovers, where they serve few dozen varieties of tea from all over the country. This place is just about 5 minutes from Cyber Gateway and the place is quite chic and with superior interiors with lots of posters with nice pun intended. Hence the excuse for a mini ‘chai’ blog, to make up for missing blog last weekend smile emoticon. Though interiors are nicely done, we hardly saw any crowd for two reasons, I am guessing (too late in the night, and precise location of the adda was not so hip).

Being a hyderabadi and not addicted to irani chai is like a sin. I come to know about hyderabadi chai adda through my husband. Myself being a chai adict, I went to taste the chai. Believe when I say that this was the best chai I had with balanced flavour. I have tried their other dishes like grilled prawns, steamed fish, they just did justice to my taste buds.
Donor forget the soft banana cake.
In green tea they have lots of flavours to try, my family favorite is ginsen oolong tea..
Overall a cafe which serves decent food with reasonable rates and comfy atmosphere.
It has become one of my favorite place to hangout and eat.

Great ambience, price seems a bit steep for the locality. They serve "chai" only after 5pm, so don't get fooled by the name. As well, they do serve some okay to good main course Indian and Italian dishes.

I visited this place yesterday for quick catch up with friends over coffee and sandwiches. Ambiance was very light and relaxing, apart for normal sitting arrangement they also have a tea bar. We ordered veg club sandwich, paneer tikka burger, almond frappe and cold coffee. We thought of ordering pizza, but they were not available. Service was prompt, food was warm and good. Good pocket friendly place for friend hangouts.
